Free Speech?

Free Speech?

Does it exist for public employees? Where is the line between whistle blowing and "insubordination"? If people can not expect protections of the First Amendment, will they bring up issues that people need to know about?

People are getting really fed up, they feel like they're being steamrolled. Unhappy people are not productive people. Ask yourself, would you want your kids taught by a happy, satisfied teacher, who's able to be creative and have fun with the kids, while teaching? Or would you rather have your kids taught by an unhappy, underpaid, under-appreciated "worker drone", who is only allowed to do what the district mandates?
